3rd Friday Commute comes to Buckhead

You may be interested in a social bicycle commute that is coming your
way.
I've been leading a 3rd Friday Commute for a couple of years now that
starts in Decatur and rides into Downtown/Midtown. We've gotten
requests from a few commuting cyclists that we should do something in
Buckhead.
On Jan. 15, a few of us will be exploring the logistics of taking the
train from Decatur up to the Buckhead Station and then eat breakfast
at the Flying Biscuit in the Terminus 100 Bldg. on Peachtree at
Piedmont.
After breakfast, we'll ride the down Peachtree to Midtown/Downtown.
All of this is in preparation for a more publicized commute for
March's 3rd Friday Commute.

Thanks for thinking of Buckhead for your 3rd Friday Commute and for
reaching out to us. I'd love to join you this Friday, but my work
schedule is going to make it tough. At this point I plan to get down
to Flying Biscuit between 7:30-8:00, but will have to leave by 8:15 or
so. Hopefully we'll be able to hook up. I'd love to fill you in on
some of the good things going on with biking in Buckhead. See you
Friday.

there on a bike fairly often as recreational rider, but have been out of
touch regarding the other sides of cycling.
Our train arrives in Buckhead at 7:39, so we'll have some overlap. It won't
be a big group this month. We'll be looking for you.
