Guys,
It's a small point but the createtable.sh example script doesn't work.
You get the error "SSL is required to perform this operation." looking
at the script, the only change needed is to add https:// to the URL.
url="https://www.googleapis.com/bigquery/v1/tables"

Hi Pete,
Can you give a pointer to the outdated docs? I just glanced through our docs and couldn't find it, but I'm happy to correct it.
