How to fight with Harvey Norman bad customer services

I ordered a buffet & hutch on 8th January 2011 from Harvey Norman
Auburn Super store, Sydney. When I paid $350 deposit, I was told to
expect to receive the furniture within 4 to 6 weeks. I waited for
nearly 3 and half months, nothing delivered. On Easter Saturday
(20/40) I went to the store and compliant to the store manager. The
store manager promised to ring the supplier to ask for goods status
after Easter Holiday and would definitely call me back to give me a
feedback COB of 28/04.
No one has ever called me back since . The furniture hasn’t been
delivered up till today.
I visited this Harvey Norman Auburn store again a week ago asking for
an explanation, the attitude of the store manager was rude. It looks
like my only option is to cancel my order.
I am really sick of waiting, and really frustrated by the result. I
don’t know what is the best way to fight with Harvey Norman because
they let me down.
If anyone interested I can send you my receipt.
Would you please provide me with suggestion/ideas on how to fight with
this big giant, I just wish they know that they can’t treat a good
customer like this.
