I'm buying a new MoBo with a VIA chipset and it has an intergrated sound
chip. Precisely:

RealTek ALC650 6-channel audio
on a MSI KT4V (6712) mobo
www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=
362&MODEL=MS-6712 (recombine as necessary)

I have not been able to find this one on any compatiblity lists...
(tldp/deadrat). I have found out it may be listed as an Advance Logic card
tho. It doesn't seem like the kernel supports it and the alsa project
doesn't list it, perhaps it has an alias?
So, has anyone in linux-land got this one working?

cheers,
Michael
