RedHAt 7.3 ADSL time out

Hi all,

I've installed RedHat 7.3 as a server and have tried to get ADSL up
and it doesn't want to work. I'm using RP-PPPoE and done everything it
says to do, all hardware is working, I've taken off my firewall and it
still doesnt work. The alcatel speedtouch moden lights flash a few
times but still nothing. Please Help.

This is the error message I got:
