How to setup a BigPond Server by myself?

Dear All,

My company is a router manufactory in Taiwan. Our router has build-in a

function as a bigpond client. I am a SQA engineer and hope to verify
this function. (including the BigPond Heartbeat function )

Is there any way I can verify this function? Is there any free account
I can test the connection? Or I can set up a BigPond server by myself
to check the connection with our router. ( setup in Windows or Linux
both OK. )
