Norton Corporate Edition Installation Problems

Hi there
I have installed Norton Corporate edition on a Win 2000 Professional OS.
I use ADSL and an trying to do a LiveUPdate. However, Norton immediately
returns an error message - not connected to Internet. I definately am -
tested through email downloads and surfing randomly.
What to do???? Please advise if you are correct the virtual coffee is on me.

Two things
Have you permitted Norton's in and out through the firewall?
Are your settings for your browser allowing cookies?

3rd thing to do is re install it.
I have had similar issue with NAV Corp standalone installations
and found afull re-install from the supplied CD resolves it most often
other things to check are the connection settings for live update
if your not using a proxy server select the use my IE connection settings
