can not host internet game after install internet connection sharing

Hi, I have installed the internet connection sharing for my destop running
win98. I have installed the ICS fix patch from ozcableguy.com so everything
is working perfect. However I can not host any internet game at all (LAN
game is ok). I think the internet connection sharing has blocked the ports
required for hosting Internet games. Is any patch to fix this problem?
