Dedicated Seed Box configuration - 300Mbit Upload

I have found very little to no information about configuring vuze or bigly in a dedicated seedbox role. This server has an est of 300 torrents all seeding at any given time.

DOWNLOAD SPEED IS NOT A CONCERN

Server machine with 4 RAID drives and a LSI RAID controller using an 500GB SSD which caches active torrents automatically to the SSD as they are accessed by the file system.

Dual CPU Opteron  (16 true cores)  128GB RAM. Network cards are also server grade Intel 4 port. Overkill as a dedicated seed box.. it does nothing else so resources or disk access should be a non issue.

Goal - Maximize upload speed 24/7.  Bandwidth is unlimited. VPN is being used to avoid any throttling by ISP's use of DPI. Speed tests through VPN show upload just over 300Mbit.

Maximize the performance of hardware available for Bigly to boost upload transfer performance.

Current issues are, client config mainly. I can download at full line speed but i have NEVER seen all of my uploads combined totaling even 10MB up. This happens with or without a router/firewall.

Same goes for memory allocation settings, they seem to have a huge impact on the app but again no information on how to optimize this for a large seeding role, only fast downloads. Upload speed is ofcourse set to unlimited in config but has never approached more than 1/3 what is available.

Amazed that in all of the years of torrenting nobody has come out with a simple config guide for a seed box... only how to leech the fastest.

Most all of the guides online focus on the narrow perspective of a leecher giving configurations to maximize download speed but i need the exact opposite!

Seems to be something lacking or limiting uploads. Daily average seems to be 130GB of upload only, and the numbers are almost every day between 120 and 130GB only.

Below are some config options I am trying, heap size in this config is huge i know but i was getting low memory errors in bigly without increasing it.
