Hello Murali,

I am 23 Years old and height 5"9 70 Kg. I am doing work out for last
6 months; I can see my improvement of muscle. I am following the
neutrinos which you posted in this blog. I just want to know, which
website is posting the "Competition schedule" for Tamilnadu? or how to
know the competition schedule. Bcoz, My brother is very eager to
competate in coming year.. Please let me to help him!!! He is 26 Year
6" and 78 Kgs. well structured..

As of now,

We have mr. Tamilnadu @ trichi on 22,23 of Jan. (get in touch with
your district bodybuilding federation to get your selections for
state)
if you are in chennai - then you have one mr chennai coming up on 7th
feb
