lee,
Sorry to bother u again, can i do stiff legged deadlifts as an
alternative to the conventional one?
and u said both dumbbell row n barbell row r effective, but
dumbbell row is more of an isolation type, rite?so can i alternate
barbell row w/dumbbell?

wats the benefit of doing curls w/e-z bar for biceps?is it more
effective than d normal barbell curl?

Hi vivek,

it would be great if you could just post your queries in this thread
on a single go...
And i wont be able to reply from mail if you reply to me personally..
Sorry for that bro...

Stiff legged dead lift emphasizes more on hamstrings and less on back,
but regular dead lifts stress more of your back and less of
hamstrings.. So you can decide upon that..

Dumbbell row - more range of motion but still its kind of between
compound and isolation
babell row - can handle very heavy poundage..
For variety i use them both but use moer of barbell thing

EZ curl bars are very easy on wrist and gives good workout to peak.
The straight bar allows you to handle more weight and hence a better
mass builder

lee,is this a good split?
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: legs
Thursday: off
Friday: back,bis
Saturday: shoulder,triceps
Sunday: Off
and i want to know about the rep range...is doing 5-7 reps is enough
for building mass?cos, till jan i was doing all the exercises in the
rep range of 10-15 and heard tat it mainly increases the
endurance...so following 5-7 reps is enough for mass building?
and which one is more beneficial,is it standing OHP,or seated military
press?

hi vivek,

you need to train in both rep range to see optimal results. cos both
hit different muscle fiber and building both gives u a balanced look

friday and saturday is a bit messy bro. move shoulder tri day to
monday and chest to friday

cheers
