And get quotes on the whey product line. I get the cheapest rate in
chennai from him and he can ship it to you.

If you buy from abroad and ship it directly to india - you have to pay
90% customs duty on the bill and that would be a bad idea. If some of
your friends are traveling to india then ask them to bring supps. Else
getting it here would be the best option bro...

Dear Biglee

Could you pls tell me about the protein content in egg white. We get the eggs here in bigger size than normal Indian egg. So if you could tell me the content per a measurable quantity like ml / gm instead of content per one egg, it shall be more precise

Hey THEJUS,

The normal egg contains only 3g of protein in white. The big ones will
have between 3.5-4g in egg white. But 3.5g is standard bro.
