bro.. am takin whey supp.. am takin 30grams in morn and 30grams after
workout at the eve.. i workout only at the evening.. is it better to
take 30grams pre-workout and 30grams post workout or my present
schedule is better bro ??

Sudharsh,
Your present regime is better. Take a natural occuring protein from
eggs or milk or meat before workout
