intro
I am writing here after a long time. Few months back I had an ankle
injury and that resulted into no-gym for a lot of time. Prior to
that , because of recession and its abd affect on our careers, I was
going through depression. So a lot of time has been spent without
excecising. But Now everything is back to normal but I am now a 90 kg
baby Rhino. I want to get rid of this fat and doing 30-40 mins of
swimming on empty stomach 5 days/week and also commuting on cycle
instead of auto.

main point
I want to use an effetcive fat burner. How should lipo6 (or anything
alike) be used. In ther label they ask to use 6 caps every day which
is economically not feasible. What should be the practicle dosage for
us like naives? Would using chickpeas, egwhites instead of chicken
suffice(cooking and storing chicken is a hell lot of problem)?. What

And I also forgot to mention. I am also taking chromiium picolate 2
caps a day and also L-Glutamine post workout, along with American Pure
Whey Protein Matrix. How can I adjust all these supps if I also
include one fat burner? As of now I am taking GluconD with Post
workout meal as well. Should I ommit this for fat loss?

hi Surya,
Just take fat burners on empty stomach in the mornings and before your
preworkout meal in the early afternoon.

Though i was recommending american pure whey most of the time, i doubt
adultration in it even with trusted dealers bro.....
