Hey dere.. i m manav n have cleared combined defense services
examination for army n now will be called for SSB i.e. services
selection board where der will b sum more psychological, physical,
apttitude, medical tests n if i clear dem all i'll b selected for
training... Now what i wanna ask u is dat der will be tests like.....

1.simple jump over a ramp
2.double ditch
3.tarzan swing
4.long jump
5.tiger leap
6.commando walk
7.burma bridge
8.balancing
9.double jump from higher platform to lower platform and den to the
ground
10.jumping over a screen

so what should i do to increase my stamina... should i continue gym or
leave gym n focus on running, jumping, etc.... or should i do both...
pls reply...

Hi manav,

Sorry for the late reply buddy.

You definitely need to concentrate on the specific tasks more... But i
would suggest you to lift weights regularly so that you can shoot up
your explosive power and come out with flying colors in your
selections
