m planning to start using supplements mainly whey n creatine..
so what i wanna ask here is dat whats d way of using dese i.e what amt
n at what tym of d day.. pre or post wrkout...
n also temme i read sumwhere dat using creatine causes hair loss n
kidney stones is dat true.. what all precautions do i need to take...
m not getting enough protein frm ma natural diet as most of d tym m
out of ma house.. so now it seems mandatory to start using dem.. pls

Whey and creatine is a good combo to start off with
Creatine has no such side effects.. The problem is it isa salt and it
needs lot of water consumption to dissolve it
For eg. 5 g of creatine needs 600-700ml of water to dissolve..
but remember, supplements can bridge the gap of your protein and
nutritional requirements..but not form a diet
