hi murali,

I have to appear for a modelling competition in some days from now.
Please suggest how to get ripped look on that particular day.
The overall physique is fine, its just that i want to know how to
have that edge over others.
Shall i keep using the protein that i am using till the date of
competition and what about diet. Presently i am on high protein-medium
carbs diet.

Regards,
Saurabh

Hey Sunny,

do not do any hasty things,,,

Just keep your diet simple and straight.
Minimize your salt intake
keep your water intake very high
protein should be your priority in all the meals.
do get in some essential fats from fish and nuts daily
eat carbohydrates in breakfast and around the workout alone... in all
other meals use fiber rich veggies.

Some 24 hours before the show minimize your water intake and cut down
on protein intake too... Increase complex carb intake (brown rice,
sweet potato, rice flakes etc)
check how you improve regularly in this 24 hour window... If you feel
that you have attained your ideal look... then cut down on your carb
intake too and limit it to minimum...

Key is to carb load with dry carb source every 3 hours and keep
checking yourself on mirror on how you look

you can rock the show....

Good advice! Yes be very cautious of quick fixes as they can damage
your health.

It's essential to keep hydrated and have the necessary carbs to fuel
you in your competition. Too many bodybuilders use harmful direutics
to drain water from their bodies which can lead to cramping or worse.
Remember Paul Dillet? He had to be carried off stage from cramping
during competition. My favorite body builder of all time - Mohammed
Beneziza died from being too dehydrated.

Good luck in your competition!
