Hi biglee
How to cut down the skin fat ....doing too much long duration cicuit workout makes the join pain
Got a ligament tear so cannot do cardio more than half hour
But i can do squats
Am an endo-meso
I easily gain size and cut down but couldn't get the shredded look

Bro 

keep your carbohydrate consumption low - only on your breakfast and pre weight traiing

in all the other meals eat only protein and veggies...

if your diet is intact, you would get to your goal easily

train with weights for muscle gain and do 30-45 mins of cardio maximum per day

and am sure u will reach to your goal much faster

I have tried the Gm diet with protein with 2 cheat days works pretty good
But the prob is my immunity gets low ,I catch a flu or easily prone to a disease if am not cosuming enough nutrition

GM diet is for temporary weight and fluid loss to look slim temporarily. 

if you want to look good - u got to train hard and eat healthy and follow it as a lifestyle
