help please(want to get big)

Hello sir,


I have been following ur blog and group for a very long time now and
found some very useful information on bodybuilding excersises and diet
and i know u r the only person who can guide me in right direction.

I have been doing bodybuilding for six months at home with basic
equipments like(barbells, adjustable bench,dumbells, pullup bar and
free weights )and results are not what i expected ,i gained very less
muscle mass during these 6 months but i grew stronger.I think i
overtrained because in these six month i trained for 1.5-2 hrs dirctly
starting with 4 day splits which i later found that was for
intermediate builders.
now i am very confused that should i start with begginer full body
workout again .some online articles suggest that
after six months you should shift to intermediate workouts. what
should i do?
Sir it would be great if you suggest a workout plan for me based on
the limited equipment i have( barbells, adjustable bench,dumbells,
pullup bar and free weights ) as i cannot go to the gym
My Aim- To build muscle mass

My stats-

Hieght-5'8 inch
weight 69 kg
chest 38.5 inch
biceps- 12 inch
thighs-19 inch
