Pro 3 is a very good supplement manufactured in india... cost
effective and decent quality....
Drink plenty of water with your supplements and you wont have any
problem what so ever....
Consume your pro 3 -two or three times a day (post workout is a must)
and in your post workout add 5g of creatine
Regarding legs - Do leg extensions, squats, leg press, leg curls -
twice a week.
On one day lift heavy and go low on reps and on other lift moderate
weights and go high on reps
