i hav bought  Micro-Power Micronized Creatine and pro-3 wec in my gym,i want ur opinion 2 use this.is cretine is harmful??how 2 use this 2 build muscle as i was medium build with 62 kgs with 6'1 height and tell me the routine 2 do legs because my lower body was so weak.tell me the diet which hav high carbo and protein.

Hi dinesh,

Pro 3 is a very good supplement manufactured in india... cost
effective and decent quality....

Drink plenty of water with your supplements and you wont have any
problem what so ever....

Consume your pro 3 -two or three times a day (post workout is a must)
and in your post workout add 5g of creatine


Regarding legs - Do leg extensions, squats, leg press, leg curls -
twice a week.
On one day lift heavy and go low on reps and on other lift moderate
weights and go high on reps
