Please Guide me

Good Evening Sir,
I am 2009 pass out EnC Branch.Currently i am working as
a Telecom Engg in ITI Limited since 1.5year.were there is only
monitering job..Some of my Seniors suggested me to join Telecom
testing course were there will be good Future.I have joined for
protocol testing course.Please guide me how is the future in this
testing field.Are there any chances we can move to telecom R n
D,Development Dept in future with this experience.Do we get good
package in future.

With talent & skill set package never a constraint for you.
We suggest you to have some 3G/4G testing knowledge with protocol testing because going forward this market will be boom if you compare with traditional OSS ,BSS &/ SIPtesting.

For 3G testing(UMTS- RANAP,MAP,) and 4G(MAP,LTE) there is huge demand & supply gap.
In 2 months span time this will be in huge demand.

So be prepared & be ready!!!

Please let the group know if some body/institution is giving the above mentioned courses.
