I have invites for Red Hat and BATC joint event, "Open Innovation Symposium - Driving Innovation Through Open Source". Don't have public link for the event but its targeted to Big Data and Analytics professionals. 

Agenda looks boring except for talk by Jim Whitehurst (Red Hat CEO) at 10am and Q&A and then Big Data and Business Analytics Seminar until 12pm. If you're interested in going, let me know (include your profession) and I'll put you in the list. I think they're shortlisting people in the field to attend.

An memorandum of agreement will also be signed between BATC and Red Hat Asia Pacific to accelerate and drive adoption of business analytics initiatives in Singapore with open source technology.
