The VENTES Team is hiring Engineers, Scientists and Analysts to lead development of our next-generation analytics platform called ATLAS. This platform will integrate a heterogeneous environment of super-sized databases running on EC2 instances, performance centric, 99% uptime servers.

VENTES is a Singapore-based data-mining software company. We help I.C.T. companies increase products and services sales by uncovering sales opportunities. We are developing a groundbreaking and powerful datamining solution to help medium and large Companies extract more value from their customer data. Our cutting edge big data technologies and teams of data scientists will map vast quantities of structured and unstructured data to provide dramatically improved customer-centric visualizations, channel performance and tangible new revenue opportunities. Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field. PhD preferred. 

• Data Mining experience or Business Analytics experience in the implementation of BA solutions for end users. 

• Deep knowledge of Analytics models, software & tools with the ability to conceptualise, architect the key components of BA projects and to develop prototypes using statistical software packages

•Experience working with large data sets, including statistical analyses, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation.

•Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis.

• Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Web Development
