We're moving the event to Thursday this month to take advantage of a great speaker who will be in town...

Speakers: 

David Allen, Data Scientist from MapR will be in town from Silicon Valley and talking about Data Science on Hadoop. 

Markku Lepisto speak about MapR on AWS 

Varun Sivamani of Semantic3 (also a Big DataSG member and previous speaker) will be talking about how things have changed (improved backend architecture, etc) after being selected to be incubated at YCombinator--the leading Silicon Valley incubator!

It should be a great event!
