What happens when you mix global prime-time TV, the Internet and on-demand viewing?  

You get Viki, the darling of the Singapore startup scene, recently acquired for $200 million. 

And you also get a lot of data. 

We are lucky to have Ishan and Huy from Viki joining us to speak about the technology, process and business driver that determine how they manage and use all that data.  This should be a nice end-to-end talk that covers everything from gathering data to how it’s delivered to stakeholders.  Useful for any organization!

Ishan: Ishan worked in RocketFuel Inc and PayPal Research labs previously and is now exploring the world of BIG data at Viki.

Huy: Huy currently works at Viki where he's learning to build their analytics system. Previously he interned briefly with Facebook US and spent some time writing medical simulation code in Europe.
