As you may know, the 5th meetup is taking place in the Accenture
office in Brussels. To attract a bit of a crowd from Accenture itself,
it would be good if we can put at least 1 or 2 presentations on the
agenda. Last time Davy suggested to do a presentation around graph
databases in general or about Neo4j in particular.
Who has any other ideas or topics, or who would like to present
something?
I can also give a more general presentation around Hadoop or NoSQL,
which would be quite general for regulars, but might be interesting
for newcomers.
What do you think?
Nicolas
I'd be happy to talk about my experiences with Hadoop and HBase at
Last.fm and Massive Media if that helps. Hearing about practical use
cases should be useful for newcomers to get a better idea of what
these technologies are capable of, and sharing some real world
experiences and lessons learned could be interesting for regulars as
well I guess.
