BigCouch Reverted to Admin Party Mode

For some reason our BigCouch servers have reverted to admin party mode. It's been a very long time since I set these up initially, and I don't see anywhere in the documentation about how to get it out of admin party mode since the "fix this!" link doesn't work given the differences between CouchDB and BigCouch.

Do admin users go in the _users database on port 5986? If so, what role do I give them? If not, where do they go?

Happy to contribute this back to the documentation once I get it rolling -- since this is the first thing people will tend to want to do the fact that it's not front and center seems rather strange.
