Connection failure ( ICE 1007) error showing while using microphone in bigbluebutton

Hi all,

The bigbluebutton microphone option displays the error Connection failure (ICE 1007). We have looked at various documents about the issue and have tried troubleshooting this issue on the server side, but nothing is working. 

As we checked, we were able to successfully connect by voice on the airtel network, and we were also able to connect using the hotspot of the mobile with the airtel network on the PC after disabling the firewall and the BSNL network is also working most of the time.

Could someone please explain why we are experiencing this problem?

Most of the time,  implies that you may need to have a coturn server as well as your BBB server to ensure 100% of your users can connect successfully.

 

Are you running a turn server along with your BBB server.
