Can anyone tell me what the Max number of users that are allowed in a Video conference?

Hi Brian,

The front-end determines the maximum number of users.  For BigBlueButton, we recommend sessions of 50 users (or less).  See

We recommend using BigBlueButton for 50 users (or less).

We recommend doing a test before hand (with 10 users) and extrapolating.  For more information see

this is a very old thread @dinul... 
BBB has improved significantly since then and it would certainly work well with under 100 people. Hopefully not all sharing the camera at the same time, although features such as pagination help a lot. Personally I've tested it with over 200 people, but that was a heavily customized BBB setup...
