Hi guys,
Hoping that someone can bring some light upon this issue, I belong to an IT support Team and one of our users as an issue connecting the microphone to a BBB session.
I already tried to troubleshoot it, but still unsuccessful.
OS Windows 11 24H2
The issue happens both in Edge or Chrome, both apps are updated and both have permissions to use the microphone, I checked twice.
- In MS Teams everything works fine, this only fails with browser and when using BBB.
- Reboot didn't help, after SFC and DISM (to clear any file corruption)
Problem as shown in picture, the message on top is in Portuguese saying that the microphone is in use, while the only app using it is the browser.
In device manager, everything looks ok.


Any ideas?
