Issue sharing screen and Audio

Hi everyone,

Since December, I haven’t been able to share my screen and system audio simultaneously. I was wondering if someone could give me some advice.

Here is what happens:

• When I share the screen without audio, it works fine.

• When I select the option to share my screen (tabs, entire screen, or applications) and enable the option to share system audio, it starts loading but never actually shares either the screen or the audio.

I currently use Microsoft Edge, but I have also tried Chrome and Safari, with the same result.

Thank you very much for your attention. Hopefully I’m just missing something simple and there is an easy solution.

Have your Bigbluebutton server provider update 3.x bbb, or patch 2.7.  Chrome updated end of last year and broke screenshare with audio.
