Issue will internet speed

We have an internet speed of 200Mbps and yet Bigbluebutton is saying low internet speed.

please see the attachment we have a good server configuration

We run BigBlueButton on a bare metal server to deliver the best performance. Our hardware specification is as follows: 3GHz processor, 8 CPU Core, 32 GB RAM, 2 x 2 TB (RAID 1) HDD.

we are also using bbb-optimize

to improve your bbb performance. Can someone please help us out on how to remove this issue since it's coming 2.4 also. We are facing the issue in demo bbb server as well as our servers

BigBlueButton is not saying that your internet is slow. It's saying that a user's connection is flaky.

And that can mean a bunch of things. We don't take into account downlink/uplink on their own; but we

do analyze media packet loss, jitter and signaling RTT to indicate that a connection may be in bad shape.

Plentiful bandwidth alone doesn't mean that a link will perform well enough in real time conferences.
