we cant watch lessons rewiew on bbb with ipads and iphone telephones

ı am medical student and I have online lessons in bbb. I am using ipad air 3 and iphone 11 . When I am gonna watching lessons rewiew on safari I am getting " no compatible source was found for this media " error 

my friends who use apple like me have this problem  we are about 10 people having this problem in addition to  mackbook is the only apple device that can watch lesson rewiew

can you help me ?

Ask your school server administrator to enable mp4 recordings on the bbb server.  Most likely it is only running with the standard webm which will not play.
