Screenshare won't start

I am running BBB in Canvas, using Firefox (latest version), Chrome (latest version) or IE11 in Windows 10. I can't get screenshare to work.

Everything else seems to work. I can upload a file and show it, but can't share my screen.

I've installed java - version 8 update 172 (build 1.8.0_172-b11)

I click on the screenshare icon. Then click on "Start" and after downloading screenshare.jnlp I open it from my download folder and get a temporary flash on my screen but nothing else until I eventually get a message saying "Did not detect start of screen sharing" "Select 'Cancel' and try again" -- that is a neverending loop - re-download screenshare.jnlp and end up with the same message.

I never see the "Starting Java" or Permission to Run as shown in the tutorial video

Any assistance would be appreciated.
