BBB recordings in moodle 2.2.2 doesn´t work

i dont know it happens that since bbb 08-b4, recordings moodle doesn´t
work, i have tried installing the last version of mod bbb in moodle,
but it happens nothings. The recordings in bbb-demo works fine, it´s
only in my moodle site, that before worked perfectly.

Hi Alejandro,

Can you do the following:

1.  Upgrade the BigBlueButtonBN moodle integration to the latest version -- we recently made changes to align it with 0.8-beta-4.  

2.  Test the plugin using the default values for test-install server.

3.  If (2) works, then change the configuration of BigBlueButtonBN to use your BigBlueButton server. Try a recording again.

Let us know the results of the above.  Don't worry, we'll get you working again.

Thanks for answer, Fred, as always!!

Unfortunately, i´ve changed for the server test BBB and its salt, but
it doesn´t work, (BBB webinar works fine but the recording doesn´t
appear later), i dont remember to do any change in my moodle server,
so you should to try in any moodle 2.2.2 of us to know that happens!!

Hi Alejandro,

We have setup the latest version of moodle with the plugin for
BigBlueButton for testing as we are about to move all our VLE's to it.
so far everything is working fine including playback. we did notice
that you cannot playback using internet exploer 8 but ie 9 seems to
work fine. One of the issues that we had ( i don't know if this would
apply to you) was that the moodle server was on one network and the
BBB server was on another so we had to open up ports to be be able to
communicate.

Hi Darren, I only remember that the only change in my moodle server
was a portfolio called Mahara (that comunicate directly with moodle
through moodle networking), activating the moodle networking and its
configuration.

Before BBB 0.8b4 and Mahara, i think that the resource RecordingsBN
(where the recordings of conferences BBB is placed) was working fine.
I dont know that happened, if was BBB 0.8b4 or my moodle site, before
working perfectly.

In anyway, you can say me what ports of moodlle you have opened, and
who??, i will try.

We tested with Moodle 2.2.2.   Would you be comfortable giving us remote access to your BigBlueButton and Moodle server so we could take a closer look?  If so, please e-mail me directly.

I just went through your Moodle server and verified your problem. Seems like a problem in the way your Moodle server is rendering the javascript libraries. But just to be sure, could you update the Moodle Activity Modules to the latest versions? I noticed you are running an old one.

I actually fixed a recordingsbn bug in the js that was causing us real headaches for few days. Don't worry, it only affected users on Internet Explorer 8 and previous.

Thank you very much Federico.
That was the problem, there were a conflict between the javascript
libraries for a slider in frontpage, libraries placed in addtional
html, so i removed this libraries of additional html and placed in
embedded.php of the theme and it works perfectly.
