Hi all,

Any idea how can I enable asynchronous zoom function for the presentations slides for my participants? Because some users might be on mobile attending the sessions, and the screen size might be too small for them to see the contents.

So, instead of synced zooming from presenter, how can I modify BBB to have this asynchronous zooming function?

Appreciate if anyone could help!

Thanks a lot!

Best Regards.

Hi,

the presentation is exactly for that: presenting your slides to your participants. If you allow them to each control the presentation in their own way, the presentation loses its meaning and turns into a sort of whiteboard.
What you're asking for is unfortunately not possible, AFAIK.

J.

Hi Jean,

Thanks for the response.

I see, in that case, is the user able to make the presentation full screen from their end? Attached herewith a screenshot as example, participant using mobile to join the session, the presentation slide is quite small for them to view.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you!

Best Regards,
Austin

Attached herewith another screenshot from a participant perspective when their phone is rotated to landscape mode.

As you can see, the presentation slide is really small to view.

Hi,

you can try and see if the presentation can be made full screen in a mobile phone by trying it out yourself or by asking the person with a mobile phone to try this out.
AFAIK most mobile phones can be zoomed in or out by "pinching" the display.
Other than that I can't make any mores suggestions.

Regards,
J.
