I have a problem :

I can't preload presentation with bbb moodle plugin when name contain space/special character

Have you a fix ?

My bbb provider say it's an plugins/api problem

As we did some brainstorming on your issue, we found that it is an issue with the plugin. This needs debugging. Some of the validations must be missing.

Can you please share the Moodle Version and the BigBlueButton Plugin version which you are using?
