This is actually a really good suggestion. At the moment, the layout
of BigBlueButton reflects giving priority to the presentation.
If we put the webcams at the top, it takes away screen space for the
presentation which, for most, is the focus of the collaboration.
However, there are times when the video has a higher priority than the
presentation.
One possible solution is to put the videos at the top, but try to
minimize the screen space taken by them. Another approach would be to
add a simple layout manager (via a drop-down menu at the top) to
BigBlueButton which lets users quickly switch between different
layouts of components depending on the context of their collaboration
(focus on presentation, focus on videos, etc.)
