BBB plugin showing white screen after Joining Room

Hello, I hope you are fine.

We have an issue please if you could help us.

We use the BibBlueButton plugin in WordPress, with VibeThemes. So we create the room normally. 
But when users want to join the Room they can only see a white page, without entering the Room,.
This happens with normal users and even Moderator after writing the right password.

Are you running your own BBB server?

 

Are you pointing to the test-install test server?

 

Not much info here for someone to help you.

 

Has it ever worked?  What version of WP, and bbb plugin.

 

Does vibethemes have a support forum, may find something there.
