Enhancement Request: Configurable Layout and Audio Options for BigBlueButton Rooms in Moodle Plugin

I don't know if this is the right place, but still:

I would like to propose two enhancements to the BigBlueButton plugin for Moodle, focusing on room configuration options:

1. Configurable UI Elements at Room Creation
   • When creating a BigBlueButton room, add options to pre-configure the visibility of:
     • User list
     • Chat area
     • Presentation area
   • These settings should determine the initial layout when participants join the room.
   • Participants joining the room would see the interface according to these pre-set configurations.
   • This would provide a more customizable and less cluttered interface, especially beneficial for smaller screens or when focusing on specific content.
2. Option to Disable "Listen Only" Mode at Room Creation
   • Add a setting when creating a room to remove the "Listen Only" option for that specific session.
   • When this option is enabled, participants would only be able to join the room with a microphone.
   • This setting should be applied when participants attempt to join the room, removing the "Listen Only" choice entirely.
   • This feature could be useful for sessions that require active participation from all attendees.

These enhancements would allow for more tailored room setups, improving user experience and providing flexibility for different types of online classes and meetings. The key aspect is that these configurations are set during room creation and automatically applied when participants join the room.I believe these features align with the plugin's goal of providing a seamless integration between Moodle and BigBlueButton while offering more control to administrators and instructors.Thank you for considering these suggestions.
