how do I invite students to a bigbluebutton "course"

I must be missing something.  I don't see how I invite people to a BigBlueButton course that I have setup on my hosting server.  How do I invite people to participate in the course?

Hi Rick,

Are you using Moodle?  

If so, you need to add the BigBlueButton plugin for Moodle (BigBlueButtonBN) to a Moodle course.  

Once added, any member of the course can click the link to join the on-line class.

A user must be enrolled in the course to see the link.  To enroll users in a course, see the Moodle documentation

Thanks for the help Fred, I added a screen shot below.  The instructions at the link you provided say: "Go to 'Enrolled users' from the gear menu in the nav drawer Participants link"  Am I at the correct screen?  I don't see the gear menu?

I'm not a Moodle expert myself, but I took a quick look through YouTube for some videos that may help.  Check out


If the above does not help, recommend you look through the Moodle documentation available for your version of Moodle.  It would walk you through the steps to enroll new users.
