i can use the whiteboard field. but still the background takes the attention of the viewers (image bbb1.png).
I want to make it free like bbb2.png. just to make its background white or black i.e. blank.
can i do that? and how?
thank you

Hi Tedbir,

Currently, the easiest way to change the background is to upload a PDF with a single blank page.  Also, if you want to start with a blank page, then change

  /var/www/bigbluebutton-default/default.pdf

to be a PDF with a single blank page.

Regards,... Fred

Hi Tedber,

One solution would be to upload a blank white .pdf or .docx document into the presentation window leaving it blank.

I am not sure how to make the BBB server load this automatically upon the meeting creation.

Andy, if you replace the default.pdf file that Fred mentioned your new file will be loaded by default.

Chad,

Thanks for the info.

Accidentally replying about what Fred already answered reminds me to pay more attention viewing these messages on my mobile!  :)
