Hi,

we want the Moderator to control the layout of all participants screen, espacially showing and hiding the presentation.
The meetingLayout "CUSTUM_LAYOUT" seems to be the only layout where this is partially working.
That means on a PC or Notebook it works as expected: If the moderator hides the presentation, it will be hidden also for all participants and vice versa.
But e.g. on Smartphones this seems not to be working...!?!
Smartphones seem always to have "SMART_LAYOUT" set, no matter if the meeting room has been configured with "CUSTOM_LAYOUT".

Thanks,
Harry

Hi,

...no answers so far... :-(

Maybe I have to describe the problem/question more detailed:

1. Create a meeting room with meeting layout "CUSTOM_LAYOUT"
2. Moderator starts meeting and uploads a presentation (e.g. pdf)
3. Participants join, each of them can see the presentation
4. Moderator minimizes the presentation by clicking the blue button in the bottom right corner
5. For all participants that have a PC/Notebook, the presentation is also minimized
For all participants with a Smartphone, the presentation is NOT minimized

The difference between one that joins with a PC/Notebook to one with a Smartphone, seems to be the (default) meeting layout type.
This seems to be "CUSTOM_LAYOUT" for PC/Notebook and "SMART_LAYOUT" for Smartphones?!?

Can someone please tell me, if this is the standard behaviour or might this be a Bug?

I would assume, that also Smartphone users get "CUSTOM_LAYOUT" when they join (as set in the meeting room parameters)

Thanks again,
Harrry
