multi-user-whiteboard enabled by default in breakout rooms

Hi All,

When we create break-out rooms, presentation-right is given to the random first participant who joins a breakout room and the multi-user-whiteboard is only activated for the same user in breakout rooms. Is there a param anywhere using which multi-user-whiteboard is enabled by default, so that every user can write something on the white-board? Because some of our non tech-savvy users find it difficult to switch this setting.

Any help would be really appreciated.
