I need Bigbluebutton server (300 concurrent users , Recording sessions ) it includes downloadable MP4 and Activity reports

The commercial support providers in the following link are able to fulfil your requirements https://bigbluebutton.org/commercial-support/

While MP4 recordings are offered in open-source and commercial formats by the providers, I don't think Activity Reports are open-sourced. Activity Reports is commercial recording format provided by some of the commercial support provider.

I advise you to get in touch with them, they have a full mastery of the product.
