Moodlecloud missing recording from yesterday

I'm not sure if this is the best place to start, but we're a MoodleCloud user who use the BBB features I believe this is hosted by blind side networks. We have a class that was recorded yesterday however isn't appearing in our recorded list we're looking for the best place to start.
