Disable the ability to mute the microphone

I don't think we can disable this option... If I recall correctly the thought process is that some devices just don't have microphone, so there should be a valid options to select.

From the screenshots I assume you are already passing "userdata-bbb_listen_only_mode=false" on JOIN (or "listenOnlyMode: true" in settings.yml/bbb-html5.yml). That should hide the offer for listen only and make it visible only in this dropdown.

Just wondering what use case you are trying to accommodate for?
