Call for proposals: BigBlueButton World 2026

Hi everyone,

The BigBlueButton project is excited to host the 5th annual online conference, BigBlueButton World 2026.

This is an invitation for presentation submissions.

We’re looking for proposals from three groups:

1. Educators teaching virtual classes who want to share their experiences delivering high-quality online learning
2. Developers working on BigBlueButton who are advancing its pedagogical capabilities
3. Organizations leveraging BigBlueButton and open source solutions to improve online education

It's been a busy last 12 months!  I’ll once again present on BigBlueButton’s development, detailing our achievements in 2025–2026 and the road ahead.

If you’d like to present, please submit your proposal before May 15, 2026.
