I have installed a bbb server for my client, which seems to work just fine.
His
plan is to let teachers and students find each others via a wordpress
website and use bbb for private lessons.
The BBB-wordpress plugin is too simple to handle several teachers editing their own meetings.
So
I found the wordpress theme WPLMS, which has a bbb extension, making use of the bbb plugin. And
this allows for almost exactly what we want, apart from the fact the
WPLMS has an aweful lot of functionality and plugins, which makes it a
nightmare to tweak to our needs.
So now I think about looking closer at Greenlight!
Is there any way we could give only registered users at our wordpress site access to GreenLight?
This might be done by checking some value they bring along when clicking the link inside wordpress.
We don't plan to have recordings, so probably there is no need for logging into greenligth.
I understand that the ordinary way to set up meetings, would be to send invitations at the moment when the meeting is opened. Could this be done at an earlier point of time?
