issue is Moodle → BBB mismatch: meetings

Hi everyone,
I have moodle 4.0 and bbb 3.0.7 it was working fine then suddenly 4 days a go i get this error i even upgraded moodle to 4.2 still same error also i reinstalled the plugin of bigbluebuttonbn nothing.
Anyone had a similar issue by any chance or knows how to fix this?

I have analyzed your BBB logs and I think I have found the root cause of your issue. The problem is with the meeting ID format being generated by your Moodle instance. Looking at the logs, Moodle is creating meeting IDs with square brackets at the end, like this: e366c331dcb8bc8a9b688a0b37ea145ed03f33e3-31-4[0]. This [0] is invalid and causes BBB to fail when looking up meetings by external ID. What's happening is the create call succeeds, but getMeetingInfo and subsequent operations fail because of the ID mismatch between what Moodle sends and what BBB stores internally.
The first thing I recommend is checking your Moodle BBB plugin configuration. I noticed in your logs that your plugin version is (2023042400) which is from April 2023. Since you are running Moodle 4.2, you should update to the latest BigBlueButtonBN plugin from the Moodle plugins directory. After updating, make sure to clear your Moodle caches by running php admin/cli/purge_caches.php from your Moodle root directory. You should also check if you have any conflicting plugins or custom code that might be modifying the meeting ID generation, and look for multiple BBB activities with the same instance that could be causing conflicts.
Another thing worth checking is your Moodle database. You can run this SQL query to see if there are entries with brackets in the meeting ID: SELECT id, course, name, meetingid FROM mdl_bigbluebuttonbn WHERE meetingid LIKE '%[%';. If you find any, those are the problematic ones.
